INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES
1. The Municipality of Boljoon, through the Municipal Health Office (MHO) (4040 - (Drugs and Medicines)), intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Twelve Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Two Pesos and Ninety-five Centavos Only (P1, 512, 152.95) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Boljoon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days after the issuance of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 30 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
