Description : 1. The Municipality of Nabas, Aklan through its local budget approved by the Sanggunian, intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-seven Pesos and 85/100 (P 1, 577, 777.85), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract of the Procurement of Medicines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The Municipality of Nabas now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Medicines. Completion of the supply of goods is required within one (1) month from start of Contract. Bidders should have successful experience as supplier of goods in at least one (1) contract of a nature equivalent to the procurement in the last two (2) years with single contract cited to be at least fifty percent (50%) of value of estimated contract cost of the procurement under Bid and have an annual turnover from all supply contracts averaged over the last two (2) years equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the value of bid under consideration for award.
