INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES
The Municipality of San Nicolas through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR PESOS (P499, 954.00) being the Approved for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medicines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The Municipality of San Nicolas now invites bids for the Procurement of Medicines. Delivery of the goods is required (15days). Bidders should have completed within ten (10 days) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (Ra 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
