GOODS-MUN-2025-10-015
1) The Municipal Government of Mapandan, Pangasinan, through the General Fund (Municipal Health Office), intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Five Pesos (₱ 638, 905.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medicines for 4th Quarter of 2025, GOODS-MUN-2025-10-015. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Mapandan, Pangasinan, now invites bids Procurement of Medicines for 4th Quarter of 2025, GOODS-MUN-2025-10-015. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed pertaining to the above-mentioned contract. Bidders should have completed, at least within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
