PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINE
1. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Matalam, through the GENERAL FUND (RHU) CY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500, 000.00) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Medicine. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Matalam now invites bids for the Procurement of Medicine @ Poblacion, Matalam, Cotabato. Delivery of goods is required 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
