1.The Local Government Unit of Tarragona, through the FY 2026 General Fund, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT PESOS (₱ 1, 948, 148.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINE for the use of Municipal Health Office of this municipality. Pursuant to the New Government Procurement Act (RA 12009) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF TARRAGONA now invites bids for the Procurement of Medicine, in accordance with the following specifications:
