Rita, through LGU fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION PESOS ONLY (Php5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINAL SUPPLIES @ LGU - STA. RITA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
