Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR USE AT THE CONCEPCION DISTRICT HOSPITAL (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY C.Y. 2024)
1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Two Pesos and 25/100 Only (PhP 997, 952.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medical Supplies for use at the Concepcion District Hospital (Early Procurement Activity C.Y. 2024)/ B-G-2024-039. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
