1. The Adela Serra Ty Memorial Medical Center, through the Regular Agency Fund intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Pesos Only (Php 849, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the Procurement of Medical Supplies for which this Request for Quotation is issued.
