1. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN, through the GENERAL FUND and TRUST FUND, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE PESOS (PHP 417, 665.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR THE OPERATION OF CLINICAL LABORATORY (Q2) (GOODS 2605-016). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR THE OPERATION OF CLINICAL LABORATORY (GOODS 2605-016). Delivery of the Goods is required by within 30 CDs from receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
