INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES
The Local Government Unit of Piat, through the CY2026 Municipal General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Nine Pesos (Php 523, 939.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medical Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Piat now invites bids for Procurement of Medical Supplies Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
