INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Medical Supplies
1) The Local Government Unit of San Julian, Eastern Samar through the MHO/MOOE- Medical Supplies Expenses intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Six Pesos Only (Php.349, 686.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medical Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of San Julian, Eastern Samar now invites bids for Procurement of Medical Supplies5using Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) bid opening manner & Award Criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
