Framework contract for the purchase of medical gas Nitralgin for the National Ambulance Service in the amount of HUF 550, 000, 000 net for a period of 36 months, with a maximum extension of 12 months.Purchase of medical gas Nitralgin 2024

The National Ambulance Service supplies a medical gas mixture (hereinafter referred to as Nitralgin) containing the components 50 wt% nitrous oxide (N2O) and 50 wt% oxygen (O2) with the components N01AX63 ATC code N01AX63 in bottles for use in emergency patient carewhich complies with the regulations in force at all times.

The Bidder requests the delivery of the sanitary gas in bottles rented from the Bidder.

Expected filling volume (36 in a 12-month period)8, 000 m3

The Bidder needs the two-liter combi-valve cylinders in the form of a pass Bidto make available to the requester.

Purchase option: purchase of up to 300 nitralgin inhalers with demand valve and the related disposable materials during the contract, for cases arising on a case-by-case basis.

The tenderer refers to the 16/2012. (II. 16.) Section 6 (2) of Government Decreesere.

The tenderer can optionally order the nitralgin inhalers with demand valves specified as an optional offer element during the entire duration of the contract, based on a case-by-case need. If the Bidder does not claim the option, the Bidder is not liable for compensation...
