1. The Department of Health - WV CHD, through the NBS Trust Funds and PHM 2024 Fund intend to apply the sum of One Million Eighty-One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php1, 081, 500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medical Devices, Supplies and Health Commodities, IB No. SB-2024-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
