Cardiology devices Urological and radiological devices Sales contract for the procurement of medical devices in two sub-bidding rounds as specified in the technical product description according to the public procurement documents. Part 1: Cardiology devices Part 2: Urological and radiological devices Bidders may submit a complete offer for all devices specified in the given part. Partial offers cannot be made within the given part. If for a device within the given part if the bidder does not make an offer, it will result in the invalidity of the offer made for the given part. In all parts: - only factory, new devices can be recommended. Refurbished or previously used at exhibitions, trade shows, and fairs devices operated as a demonstration are considered used products and therefore cannot be accepted. - The bid price must be given in such a way that it includes all additional costs, regardless of their form and source, in addition to general sales tax. The the bid price must be comprehensive, i.e. it must include all the bidder's payment requirements.
