The Provincial Government of Palawan through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites suppliers/manufacturers/ distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project.

The Bidder must have completed, within a period of at least five (5) years from the submission of the bid, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) that is similar to the procurement project to be bid, and whose value must be equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC, adjusted to current prices using the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) consumer price indices.
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
