INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL AND LABORATORY SUPPLIES
1. The Municipality of Boljoon, through the Municipal Health Office (4040 - MOOE (MEDICAL, DENTAL AND LABORATORY SUPPLIES), intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Five Pesos Only (P323, 665.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL AND LABORATORY SUPPLIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Boljoon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days after the issuance of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 30 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
