Description : 1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) is conducting Small Value Procurement for the project Procurement of Meals/Catering Service Provider for the Conduct of Program GINHAWA (From Competence to Character: Embedding GSIS Core Values through Program GINHAWA: Grounded in Nurturing Honesty and Accountability for Workforce Alignment) with an approved budget for the contract (ABC) amounting to One Million Six Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php1, 620, 000.00).
2. Refer to the attached Technical Specifications (ANNEX A) for further details.
3. The GSIS now invites interested bidders to submit quotations for said project. Price Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Opening of Financial Proposals.
