PROCUREMENT OF MEALS, SUPPLIES AND INVITATION FOR USE AT THE TOURISM PROGRAM- PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY FOR THE LUZON ART EXIBITION
1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (PhP 694, 500.00). being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of meals, Supplies and invitation for use at the Tourism program- Promotional activity for the Luzon Art Exhibition / B-G-2024-012-O. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by ten (5) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
