Description : Prospective must have completed within a period of five (5) years from the submission of the bid an SLCC that is similar to the procurement project to be bid, and whose value must be equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC.
The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
Bid Documents are available during office hours at the BAC Secretariat Office, City Administrator-s Office and upon payment of a non-refundable amount of bid documents as stated above to the LGU Cashier, Office of the Treasurer.
All bid proposals should be received by the BAC Chairman/Secretariat on or before February 11, 2026 at 9:00AM at the BAC Meeting Room, City Administrator-s Office, Tabuk City Hall, Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City.
