REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The Department of Education, Division of Agusan del Norte through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGeps registered suppliers to apply for the PROCUREMENT OF MEALS, SNACKS & ACTIVITY VENUE: THREE-DAY LIVE-OUT CAPACITY BUILDING FOR REGULAR / RECEIVING TEACHERS HANDLING LEARNERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS (LSENS) ON SPECIAL EDUC. IMPLEMENTATION ON SEPTEMBER 4-6, 2019 with the sum of EIGHTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS AND .00 CENTAVOS (PHP 82, 500.00) being the approved budget of the contract (ABC). With the specifications / special indications as follows:
a. VENUE / ACCOMMODATIONS:
iƒ˜ Venue should accommodate 50 PAX for SEPTEMBER 4-6, 2019
iƒ˜ 1 MAIN PLENARY hall should be available for use that can fully occupy 50 PAX.
iƒ˜ Large Fully-Airconditioned Function Room (with tables and chairs) to accommodate the number of stated pax as reflected above, which will serve as the Main Function (Plenary Hall) Room for the conduct of the activity.
b. MEALS / SNACKS:
iƒ˜ Meals and snacks should be given to all the numbered pax for the following pax
SEPTEMBER 4-6, 2019 - 50 pax
AM Snack, Lunch, PM Snack
iƒ˜ Free-flowing coffee and creamer, (or Milo) and Water Dispenser set Function Room, should be provided.
iƒ˜ No ARTIFICIAL JUICES to be served.
c. OTHER LOGISTICS:
iƒ˜ MAIN HALL should have 1 SOUNDSYSTEM and 1-2 LCD PROJECTORS (to be provided by the VENUE).
iƒ˜ Tables and Chairs in accordance to the number of PAX stated.
iƒ˜ NON-INTERMITTENT AND ACCESSIBLE Internet Connection (via WIFI) to be used for Online Evaluation
iƒ˜ 2 pcs of Tarpaulin (1 Large Tarpaulin to be used as Back Drop for the Main Hall 1 small tarpaulin for display outside the Conference / Convention Center)
iƒ˜ Preferably the venue should be WITHIN THE AREA OF CABADBARAN CITY
iƒ˜ 1 Ready-to-use emergency vehicle (to be used ONLY in cases of HEALTH emergencies).

The Department of Education, Division of Agusan del Norte through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids/quotations for the above-mentioned project. Bids received that exceed the total ABC shall be rejected at bid opening. Bidder may bid for one or all items. Late bids shall be rejected.
Open competitive bidding will be conducted using the non-discretionary pass/fail criterion, evaluation and post qualification procedures in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 9184.
