Description : INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE Procurement of MEALS
1) The Cebu Normal University, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026, Special Trust Fund (STF) 2026 and Income Generating Program (IGP) Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Pesos (Php11, 114, 290.00) for Lot 1 - CNU Main Campus; One Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php145, 800.00) for Lot 2 - CNU Balamban Campus; and One Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php124, 800.00) for Lot 3 - CNU Medellin Campus, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Cebu Normal University now invites bids for the Procurement of Meals using the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) under the Framework Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required within the specified date/s in the approved Call-Off/s. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
