Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Meals and Snacks for use in Various Activities of the City Government of Tarlac
1) The City Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (Php 4, 999, 530.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Meals and Snacks for use in Various Activities of the City Government of Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Tarlac now invites bids for Meals and Snacks. Delivery of the Goods is required within Six (6) months. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
