The Local Government Unit of Kabugao, through Resolution No. 99 Series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Nine Thousand Pesos (Php 99, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Meals and Snacks for the FLUP Technical Working Group Workshop under Contract No. SF Goods 2026-73. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
