Procurement of Meals and Snacks
1) The Local Government Unit of Gamay, through the PMNP PBG Tranche 2 and HPG DCT2 intends to apply the sum of Php 1, 169, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Meals and Snacks. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Gamay now invites bids for Procurement of Meals and Snacks Delivery of the Goods is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days after the receipt of Notice to Proceeds. Bidders should have completed, at least 6 months from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
