PROCUREMENT OF MEALS AND ACCOMMODATION FOR DSWD FO X TRAININGS FY 2026
IB NO. DSWD10-2026-19 -
The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office X (DSWD FO X), through the General Appropriations Act FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (₱5, 537, 550.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Meals and Accommodation for DSWD FO X Trainings FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The DSWD FO X now invites bids for the Procurement of Meals and Accommodation for DSWD FO X Trainings FY 2026. Delivery of the Services is required with the schedule set by the DSWD FO X for the entire duration of the activities. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
