The city of Oulu, Oulun Tilapalvelut business institution, henceforth in this call for tenders also the "Customer", is requesting a bid for the production of user services for Oulu city locations in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices.
User services are e.g. meal, office manager, and cleaning services.
Hthe subject of the tender is the procurement of meal, cleaning and office master services for the Oulunsalo sites
The contract period begins after the signing of the procurement contract. The agreement is valid from 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2027. The contract is valid for three (3) years on a fixed-term basis, after which the contract will be extended for a second periodas valid as it is.
The procurement items are grouped and the procurement of services applies to the following services / groups:
Group 1. Office management services
Group 2. Catering services
Group 3. Cleaning services
The competition calls for service providers in groups who are responsible for catering, cleanliness and officeon the production of master services. The services are produced in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices. Meal production is done by Oulun Tuotantokeittioe Oy. Competing group 1. Office management services concerns the procurement of office management services in Oulunsalo.at for the sites: Oulunsalotalo: Oulunsalo high school, Konservatorioja Oulu-opisto, Kirkonkylae school, Pitkaekankaa school and Niemenrantatalo.
