1. The Municipality of Madridejos, through the 20% Development Fund (Continuing Appropriation-CY 2025) intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand One Hundred Nine Pesos and 46/000 (Php 698, 109.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of materials, supply of labor and rental of equipment for the Construction of 4-unit Makeshift Classroom at Madridejos National High School. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
