1. The Bids and Award Committee of Brgy. Upper Mahaplag, Leyte, through 20% BDF intends to apply the sum of PhP 218, 800.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Materials for the Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Roof. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BAC now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Roof to be delivered at the Brgy. Upper, Mahaplag, Leyte. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
