1. The Local Government Unit of Carmen, through the Municipal Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Three Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Pesos Only (P703, 970.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Materials for the Reblocking of Municipal Streets, Brgy.
