The City Government of Lamitan, through the Office of the City Mayor under OMOE-Lami-Lamihan Festival 2025 intends to apply the sum of PHILIPPINE PESO: Six Hundred Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred Thiry-Two and 00/100 (PhP612, 932.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR LAMI-LAMIHAN FESTIVAL 2025 (ARC, ICON, PHOTOBOOTH AND BANNER). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The City Government of Lamitan through the Office of the City Mayor under OMOE-Lami-Lamitan Festival 2025 under Office of the City Mayor, intends to apply the following ABC per item to payments under the Contract or each item, to wit:
