Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Siay, through the Budget Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Four Thousand Nine Hundred Fourteen Pesos and 50/100 centavos Only (P 2, 604, 914.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Materials for the Installation of Solar Powered Street Lights. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty days (30) Calendar Days After Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2-Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
