1. The Local Government Unit of Carmen, through the Municipal Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Five Pesos Only (P779, 905.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Materials for the Improvement of New Public Market Re-Bid Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Carmen now invites bids for Procurement of Materials for the Improvement of New Public Market Re-Bid Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days upon receipt of PO.
