1. The Local Government Unit of Carmen, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Pesos Only (P692, 940.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Materials for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Recreational Court Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Carmen now invites bids for Procurement of Materials for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Recreational Court Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days upon receipt of PO.
