1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of San Cirilo, Pasacao, Camarines Sur, through the [20% Barangay Development Fund 2026] intends to apply the sum of Sixty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Thirty One Pesos (₱67, 531.00)] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [materials for Improvement of Daycare Center]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
