1. The Barangay Palilan of Jimenez, Misamis Occidental through the 20% BDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy Eight Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (Php 378, 600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Materials for Improvement of Covered Court and Multipurpose Building Fence Barangay Palilan, Jimenez, Misamis Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
