Description : 1) The Schools Division Office of Calbayog City, through the downloaded Program Support Fund (PSF) with Sub-ARO No. RO-8-25-01242 dated August 22, 2025, intends to apply the sum of Seven hundred twenty-two thousand seven hundred eighty-eight pesos and eighty-nine centavos (₱722, 788.89) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Materials for the Effective Operation and Maintenance of the Library Hub. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) Procurement of Materials for the Effective Operation and Maintenance of the Library Hub). Delivery of the Goods is required for CY 2026. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
