The City Government of Lamitan, through the Office of the City Mayor under 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of PHILIPPINE PESO: SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND AND TWENTY PESOS (Php 777, 020.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF VAULT FOR TOXIC HAZARDOUS WASTE WITH ROOFING FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
