The Municipality of Buguey, through the DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT - TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of P 370, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for THE PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE CULVERT AT LICERIO ANTIPORDA SR. ST., TABBAC, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
