1. The [Barangay Local Government Unit of Salvacion, Pasacao, Camarines Sur], through the [20% Barangay Development Fund 2025] intends to apply the sum of [Fifty Five Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Five Pesos] (₱55, 685.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for [Materials for Construction of Pathway - PRN 2025-10-003]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
