1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Caranan, Pasacao, Camarines Sur, through the (20% Barangay Development Fund 2026) intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT THOUSAND AND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY Pesos (PHP. 478, 780.00) as part of the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) as allocated consolidated amount for the materials for the construction of pathway in 3B, 9 & 10 B, barangay road at Zone 6 & 3A, and additional drainage at Zone 1A & 8 Barangay Caranan, Pasacao, Camarines Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening.
