The City Government of Lamitan, through the Office of the City Mayor under 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of PHILIPPINE PESO: EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY PESOS (Php 830, 240.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY (MRF), LAMITAN CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The City Government of Lamitan through the Office of the City Mayor under 20% Development Fund intends to apply the following ABC per item to payments under the Contract or each item, to wit:
