The City Government of Lamitan, through the Office of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management under 5% CDRRM Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of PHILIPPINE PESO: THREE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS (Php 3, 438, 760.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY EMERGENCY RESPONSE NETWORK (BERN) MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT LAMITAN CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
