The City Government of Lamitan, through the Office of the City Mayor under 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of PHILIPPINE PESO: SIX MILLION ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO PESOS (Php 6, 185, 562.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 2ND FLOOR B.O.S.S BUILDING AT CITYHALL COMPLEX, LAMITAN CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
