Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Materials

for Rehabilitation/Improvement of New Hamtic Public Market

located at Lapaz-Tubog, Hamtic, Antique



1. The Local Government of Hamtic, Antique, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Three Pesos only (Php 813, 303.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB No.2025-058, “Procurement of Materials” for Rehabilitation/Improvement of New Hamtic Public Market located at Lapaz-Tubog, Hamtic, Antique”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of Hamtic, Antique, through its BAC, now invites potential Bidders for bidding for the “Procurement of Materials” for Rehabilitation/Improvement of New Hamtic Public Market located at Lapaz-Tubog, Hamtic, Antique”. Bidders should have a similar contract within the last 2 years with the value at least 50% of the ABC, other eligibility will be evaluated on a “pass/fail” basis.
