1.The Barangay Government of Cupang Anti polo City, through Barangay Development Fund of 2026 Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for PROCUREMENT OF MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY EQUIPMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2. The Barangay Government of Cupang now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY EQUIPMENT. Delivery of goods/unit is required 5 days after award of contract. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules & Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
