Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) Minimum 05 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services.(b) Tenderer must be a Bangladeshi national with valid trade license.(c) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 2, 00, 00, 000.00 (Two Crore) under maximum 01 contract in the last 03 of years.(d) The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender with the following additional documents: (i) Up to Date Trade License (ii) TIN Certificate (iii) VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Warranty Certificate (v) any other documents which proves the competency of the tenderer (vi) Work experience with Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS) will be an added advantage.(e) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank BDT 2, 00, 00, 000.00 (Two Crore) Only.(f) Other documents which was required in the technical specifications sections, specially for the Marker Pen (Permanent), must be duly submitted.(g) Required sample products/items must be submitted before tender closing.
