The National Pension Service (Kela) invites bidders for the procurement management system market survey.

What and why are we applying for?

In order to secure its statutory operations, Kela carries out various procurements of goods and services for approx. 700 million to 1 billion euros each year. Kela's purchases of goods and services areversatile, covering several different fields.

Kela's procurements are carried out by experts from a wide variety of backgrounds, who through their roles have different information needs related to procurements. Thus, due to the versatility and scope of the whole, Kela needs to further develop its acquisitions and so onperformance management. The goal is, among other things, to reduce the manual work related to monitoring and management of acquisitions, and to make the accumulated data mass from acquisitions better and more centrally available for experts in different fields to utilize. At the moment, information related to procurement is available in several placesin a different system (Cloudia tendering, financial systems, contract management system, etc.). Johthrough the system, procurement-related information and operations, as well as related management and development, would be concentrated on one platform.
