Framework sales contracts for the purchase of spare parts for MAN and Neoplan buses in 2 parts as follows: Part 1: Purchase of chassis and superstructure parts up to a net frame amount of HUF 1, 290, 000, 000 (quantity planned to be purchased: 36, 148 pcs) Part 2: Procurement of drive chain parts up to a net amount of HUF 710, 000, 000 (planned quantity to be procured: 10, 772 pcs) The purpose of the public procurement procedure is the procurement of factory original new and/or factory refurbished parts and delivery, in a quality that meets the requirements and parameters set out in the invitation to tender and the public procurement documentation. Purchase of chassis and superstructure parts for MAN and Neoplan buses, purchase and sale framework agreement within the framework of a total net amount of HUF 1, 290, 000, 000. The tenderer undertakes to draw down 50% of the budget. Planned quantity calculated by the tenderer during the duration of the contract: 36, 148 pieces. Bidder calls the attention, that the quantity indicated above is informative, considering that the contracting authority does not undertake an obligation for the quantity, but for the stated framework amount. The warranty period is minimum for all delivered parts 12 months (mandatory), any offer above this (up to a further 12 months) will be taken into account by the contracting authority during the evaluation.
