Procurement of Maintenance of Various Municipal Heavy Equipment
The Municipality of Banaybanay, through its 2025 Annual Budget, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (Php 473, 900.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of Maintenance of Various Municipal Heavy Equipment (Solicitation Number: GOODS-4-2026-001). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Delivery of the Goods shall be required within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar in nature and complexity to the Project.
